The Wayward brasserie fuses French fare with Americana in Girard’s iconic Philly building. We immersed ourselves in Girard’s audacious journey from Bordeaux to revolutionary tycoon. We captured his venturesome soul throughout – from the name to typography hinting at his sea voyage. Illustrations visualizing Girard’s cultural imprint and rabble-rousing past. The wine selections reflecting his French roots.
